When it comes to longevity in weight lifting. Flexibility will always rain supreme. With that in mind, split your body into 4 quadrants and pick a compound joint exercise for each that you can do Full Range of Motion ( FROM). One example is Front squats, Strait leg dead lifts, Ring Dips, Pull Ups. The key is making sure you feel the stretch in the bottom of the exercise.
