In this session, we will walk you through the process to begin using RespiSim eLearning. We will provide an overview of RespiSim eLearning including how to access the RespiSim Learning Management System (LMS), downloading and connecting to the RespiSim Virtual Ventilator, and lastly, a walk-through of a Virtual Ventilator scenario! This session also provides information on the SEVA e-learning curriculum, developed by the Cleveland Clinic!

As with most things in life, preparation is key. Management of a difficult airway can be a very stressful situation for everyone involved. However, if clear roles are defined and the patient has been properly evaluated (not always possible, I know), some of that stress can be alleviated and consequences avoided.
