Commonwealth has been in transition for the last few months as we’ve gotten used to a one-pastor model and the new capacity that holds. We’ve been sensing that we’re arriving somewhere new though… Where is that? Who are we now? We are asking you to join us in a spirit of resolution as we demand that ICE stop terrorizing OUR neighbors and communities across this nation.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) have killed 11 people so far, including two American citizens in Minneapolis, Minnesota. At least 37 people have died in ICE custody. These killings are part of a broader pattern of unchecked violence, impunity, and abuse carried out by federal immigration enforcement agencies against members of our communities.
