For Mike Fronk, that work has been part of his connection to Big Spring School District for many years. After supporting the district before Questeq's partnership began, Mike continued that commitment as an Infrastructure Engineer and recently celebrated 10 years with Questeq.

Over the years, he has helped the district evolve alongside the rapid pace of technology. One project he's especially proud of involved bringing fiber connectivity to two elementary schools, a multi-year effort that required creativity, persistence, and teamwork to bring to life.

The work may happen behind the scenes, but its impact is felt throughout the district every day.

From Central Valley to his current role as Technology Coordinator at Cornell School District, Ray has grown alongside the districts he supports, providing reliable, day-to-day technology support where it matters most.

At Cornell, he has helped move improvement projects forward while keeping daily operations running smoothly. His work has earned the trust of district leadership and strengthened the partnership along the way.

Mike Lipnicky’s 20-year journey at Questeq is defined by one thing: a willingness to take on whatever comes next.

Starting on the help desk and moving through roles in the NOC, site leadership, and now Platform Manager, Mike has continuously evolved alongside the technology and teams he supports.

He has helped build systems from the ground up, led early 1-to-1 initiatives, and supported our customer districts through meaningful change.

Mike’s ability to learn, adapt, and collaborate has made him a trusted resource across the organization and someone others consistently rely on.

Sarah began her career as a part-time help desk team member, supporting our school district customers. Ten years later, she’s still showing up with the same calm, friendly energy that makes her a go-to for colleagues and customers alike.

Brad Klingelhoefer may not seek the spotlight, but his work has made a lasting difference.

Over 20 years with Questeq, Brad has helped transform learning environments across Western Pennsylvania, most recently leading ACLD Tillotson School to become a fully modern, connected system that empowers staff and students alike.

In December, we had the privilege of hosting a special lunch for the inaugural members of the Keystones of Questeq.

A keystone is the stone that holds an entire structure together. Without it, the arch cannot stand. That’s exactly what this group represents.

With an average tenure of 23 years, these individuals have demonstrated extraordinary commitment, loyalty, and service, helping shape Questeq into what it is today.

Their impact isn’t measured by titles or milestones, but by trust built, relationships formed, and a legacy that continues to guide us forward.

We are grateful for the foundation they have helped build, and even more grateful for the example they continue to set.

In December, many of our Questeq technology teams took time to reflect, recharge, and celebrate the season together.

From shared lunches to team dinners, these gatherings weren’t just about food and fun. They were about strengthening the trust, connection, and culture that fuel our work all year long.
