Relentless Runners has always been known for their high-end 1:1 coaching, and trust us, we still are 😉 But what we came to realize was that there are more ways to help the running community that is more inclusive to all.

That’s when our Run + Strength Membership was born.

And with it you don’t only get a library of running and strength programs and resources, but you also get access to the COACHES and COMMUNITY.

Your questions get answered. Because we can all just google free marathon training plans or heck even ask Chat Daddy… but what you won’t get there is expert coaching advice from real experienced people and you certainly won’t get community and friendship.

🤝 That’s what our membership offers. And if you want in, comment MEMBERSHIP and we will send you the link!

Grabbed a Coke Zero and broke down everything inside our Run + Strength Membership 😂🫶

You get the full run down (haha - get it?) from on boarding, to your programming, to the community forum, to alllll these resources we have inside The Hub (it’s all covered in the vid 😉👆).

We built this for the runner who wants structure, quality programming in the running / strength dept., a community they can lean on (including coaches for touch points) - without the full 1:1 commitment.

If that sounds like you, comment MEMBERSHIP 👟⚡️

Buckle up, and get ready to get inspired with this story 💫

Three years. Two stress fractures. A boot, crutches, and more comeback attempts than most people would have the heart to make. And this Pittsburgh Marathon weekend, Jess finally got to do what she’d been working toward all along… leave it all out there.

A few days after the race, she said she couldn’t believe she wasn’t hurt. That alone felt like a victory.

We are so proud of you, Jess. Not only do you belong. This is just the beginning!

In our app, we ask our community every Friday what they are proud of from that week.

And every week, we get a variety of responses.

From going heavier with a lift, to getting all their prescribed runs done, to getting up early for a workout.

We ask this for a variety of reasons…
1️⃣ We want our athletes to see how special and amazing they are
2️⃣ We want our athletes to take a moment to stop and think about what they accomplished and stood out that week
3️⃣ We want the other athletes reading the responses to reflect as well and think “oh wow, yes I should be celebrating more from my week too”
4️⃣ It is a coaching tactic to build our athlete’s self-efficacy

Bandura’s research found that confidence grows primarily through evidence that we can do hard things.
Every time an athlete says:
• “I got my long run done.”
• “I fueled correctly.”
• “I didn’t skip strength this week.”
they are building self-efficacy.

Higher self-efficacy is associated with:
• greater persistence
• higher motivation
• better performance
• greater resilience when setbacks occur

In other words:
The act of recognizing a win teaches your brain, “I am capable.”

So we do this for WAY more reasons than engagement and social proof… we do this to make our athletes stronger without them even realizing it

Ever wish you had a coach you could just... ask things?

Inside the Relentless Runners membership, you can. Every week, our members drop their questions in our community forum, and every Friday, our coaches go in and answer them all.

Race timing, recovery, gear, strength, pacing… nada is off limits!!

This is what coach access actually looks like. Not a generic training plan you follow alone. A team that’s in your corner every 👏🏼 single 👏🏼 week 👏🏼

⚡️ The RR Run + Strength membership includes weekly Friday Q&As with our coaches, access to a full library of run training plans from 5k’s to marathons (for beginner, intermediate, AND experienced levels), strength and mobility programming built specifically for runners, and a community forum so you’re never navigating training alone.

Most runners are doing one of two things:

➡️ Running a lot…but skipping strength completely

OR

➡️ Randomly piecing together lifting workouts from Instagram/YouTube and hoping it helps their running.

And then they wonder why they feel:

❌ constantly sore

❌ beat up after long runs

❌ weak on hills

❌ stuck at the same pace

❌ confused about what they should actually be doing

You need to find a training plan where your running and strength training actually work TOGETHER.

A system that helps you feel strong on your runs, recover better, build confidence, and stop second-guessing your training.

These screenshots 👆 are from a member who started inside our Strength Membership and realized something huge:

When strength is programmed the RIGHT way for runners…everything starts to feel better.

Your body feels stronger.

Recovery improves.

Runs feel smoother.

And you stop dreading every workout because your training finally makes sense.

That’s why we built two membership options inside Relentless Runners:

🏋️ Strength Only Membership

For runners who know they need a solid strength program but don’t know what to follow.

No guesswork. No random workouts. Just runner-specific strength training designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and run better. Multiple programs available.

✨ Includes a 7-day free trial.

Comment MONTHLY STRENGTH and we’ll send you the details 💪

🏃 Run + Strength Membership

For runners who want to get stronger AND faster but don’t necessarily want or need a 1:1 coach.

A complete run + strength system that tells you exactly what to do so you can stop piecing things together and start training with confidence.

Comment MEMBERSHIP and we’ll send you the details 🏃‍♀️💪

Some strength doesn’t show up in finish times ✨

Kristen came into this training cycle navigating an injury flare, and instead of forcing it, her Coach Audrey made the smart call to scale back mileage and prioritize mobility…. leading to a time trial that blew last year’s out of the water!!

Oh, and did we mention she’s doing all of this while traveling constantly for work? Running before flights. Hotel room yoga. Single day gym memberships. Every. Single. Week. NBD!

We see you, Kristen 💙 And we couldn’t be more proud of you!

Abbey’s marathon story is such a powerful reminder that the journey sometimes doesn’t go exactly as originally planned.

There was excitement.
Fear.
An injury setback.
A pivot.
A rebuilding phase.
And a whole lot of trust in the process.

What could have been the end of the story last fall became the beginning of something even better.

Instead of forcing the original timeline, the focus shifted toward healing, rebuilding confidence, and creating longevity in the sport.

And this spring, on the streets of Pittsburgh…

she crossed the finish line of her first marathon in 4:35 🥹

One of our favorite parts of her reflection was this:
“It takes a lot to give yourself grace and still show up, even nervous.”

That’s real strength.

Drop a comment and show Abbey some love!!

Some seasons of life feel full in every possible way.

For Kristina, this season has looked like:
coaching varsity basketball,
starting Girls on the Run at her school,
coaching track,
pacing her husband through his first half marathon,
and training for a Half Ironman herself 🦾

And through all of it, she continues to show up with so much heart, discipline, and selflessness.

One of the things we love most about her perspective is that she understands chasing her own goals doesn’t take away from the people around her, it allows her to show up better for them.

“When my students and athletes see me showing up for myself and my goals, they can do the same.”

That right there is leadership ❤️

So proud of you, Kristina, and all the ways you continue to push yourself outside your comfort zone while lifting everyone around you up.
