I am super late but I wanted to share my appreciation of thanks to for including me in their exhibition , “Black Faces, in Black Spaces”, at city hall! I’ve always loved the space, what it does for artists, and how it activates the Tallahassee community. Also thank you to for allowing me a platform to live paint, where this moment was captured.

Although, I don’t live in Tally anymore, thank you for commemorating my place as an artist 🥹

Exploring the tight grip of institutions that police, suppress, and funnel Black and Brown students through the school-to-prison pipeline. This mixed media artwork weaves symbols of control, confinement, and resistance—because creativity isn’t a crime.
