Tonight after the 9:00pm premiere of LUCKY TO LIVE IN PITTSBURGH Episode 5, at 9:30, is going to air a program about the history of this public tv station, a sort of video-scrapbook that we put together in the Spring of 2021. We just cerebrated our 72nd Anniversary last week on April 1! Amazing history!

Tonight at 9pm (very soon), my newest program premieres on WQED. It’s the 5th episode in the LUCKY TO LIVE IN PITTSBURGH series. It premieres simultaneously on YouTube and on the WQED+ app, and it’s free in all 3 platforms!
This episode concentrates on some local history and the unusual ways that a Swiss immigrant named Albert Gallatin influenced several historic events! Please tune in and watch!

Yesterday, on Easter Sunday, I got to help as a judge and awards announcer at the glorious Chef Zozula Easter Brunch at the Black Radish Kitchen where Beth Zozula challenges other chefs and bakers around town to create lamb cakes. They are wonderful works of art! And all the brunch guests get special bites from all nine of the entries! It doesn’t matter who wins (although Beth and her Home Team got the most votes for their Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing creation.) Great food too! BYOB. Great friendly like-family vibes! Better than church!
