The CCAC Culinary Institute is training the region’s future culinary experts. With instruction by top chefs and hands-on kitchen lab experiences, our students are prepared and ready for the industry’s top positions! 🍽️

Students complete a 100-hour externship alongside a final project that includes creating their own business plan. Housed in the new Center for Education, Innovation & Training located on the college’s Main Campus, the Culinary Institute offers three state-of-the-art kitchen labs and a full dining room—perfect for staging student-run pop-up restaurants.

Our graduates have gone on to build businesses, manage restaurants and even earn medals at the International Culinary Olympics. 🥇
