Are you ready for a CAREER in house cleaning?
We're getting ready to hire!

Team Lead positions pay $30/hour (performing field work is required part of the time, and part-time "manager" duties are expected to help us grow our teams) after probation periods.

All other technician roles start at $25/hour after probation, which is minimum wage in our company with $1/hour increases annually.

INSURANCE:

We'll help you shop for your own health insurance plan, if you choose to, but we do not have group plans which we think benefits everyone! your plan would not be tied to our workplace, and you can choose your own network & budget range. Qualified roles can receive monthly insurance stipends to subsidize costs, but stipends do not start immediately.

HOURS:

Work hours are scheduled on weekdays, during business hours.

Cancellation fees or on-call hours are available during slow seasons or after client cancellations, since work hours can be unsteady in our industry, but we aim for all positions to be full-time (at least 30 hours per week), including the paid drive times. We're happy to provide 40-hours or overtime too, as long as the "season" & our scheduling arrangement allows for it!

That's why we align on budgets and timelines (which we are happy to do) BEFORE we come out! We have staff who can be on time, and we some who can't. But ALL of them have an impressive range of skills.
