You’re invited to join us for a sensory experience of Reiki and drone music. First Light Reiki’s Lauren/Lo Nakamura () and the duo How Things Are () team up with NavusHouse to present an afternoon of healing, tranquil contemplation, and heady sound.
There are two sessions: 3:30pm or 5pm. You may attend both. We ask for a sliding scale donation of $10-20 for one session or $20-40 for both sessions.

Exceptet is a seven-piece pocket orchestra built around a virtuosic array of “chattering, post-minimalist sound” (New Sounds).The NYC-based ensemble is on tour with their debut album, featuring a new commission by Rome Prize-winner Katherine Balch. Her composition, Tree Lines is an ode to old-growth trees, a phenomenon of nature that often live more than 400 years. Two works from longtime Exceptet collaborator Brendon Randall-Myers balance the program.

is a sound artist based in Torino, Italy. A key element of his work is the relationship between performative acts and unusual methods of audio processing, mainly focusing on the use of microphones, blurring the lines between musical instruments and recording devices. He explores the boundaries of sound and noise using breathing techniques and bodily sounds as instruments to structurize his performances.
uses field recordings, tapes, noise, synths and ambient textures to achieve his cinematic storytelling through sound. He also runs Flag Day Recordings, a US label focused on promoting experimental music, harsh noise, ambient and soundtracks. Starting in 2024, Flag Day has added a production branch via Vitória Régia Studios focused on mastering, mixing and film scoring.
