We are hosting the second movie night of the season TOMORROW, SATURDAY JUNE 27 with Spy Kids.

Movie starts at dusk - no pool pass required! The concession stand will be open for attendees to purchase refreshments.

Wilson Park Pool will be closing at 4:00pm on MONDAY, JUNE 29 to host a swim meet.

UPCOMING COUNCIL MEETINGS (Week of June 29 - July 3):

The Public Safety Committee of Council will be meeting Monday, June 29 at 7:00pm in the Sycamore Room of the Green Tree Municipal Center, 10 W. Manilla Avenue. This meeting is open to the public to attend and will also be available to livestream on Zoom.

We are ready for another great Farmers Market tomorrow, Thursday June 25! Join us at Green Tree Park from 4:00 - 7:00pm to shop for goodies from some of our wonderful local vendors.

Mediterranean Tastes is our featured Food Truck this week. Donut NV and The Roaming Bean Coffee Truck will also be at the market for your drink and snack fixes!

Stay at Green Tree Park after the market ends for our Summer Concert Series. RML Jazz will be performing at the park from 7:00 - 9:00pm.

This week, Green Tree proudly honors S. Robert Serakowski as our Weekly Military Honoree. Robert served our country with dedication and courage for 3 years in the Army, including service during the Vietnam War. We are grateful for his commitment, sacrifice, and service to our nation. Thank you, Robert, for your patriotism and for being an important part of our community.

Through our initiative, “Honoring Our Heroes: A Green Tree Borough Tribute to Our Active Military Members and Veterans,” we are inviting residents to nominate family members, friends, neighbors, and loved ones who have served in any branch of the military.

This special online tribute will be featured on the Borough’s website and updated weekly throughout Summer 2026. We encourage residents to participate by submitting nominations and helping us honor the heroes who make our community proud. Together, let us show our appreciation for the courage and service that strengthen Green Tree Borough every day.

2026 Patriotic House Decorating Contest - Entry Deadline is June 26, 2026

Show us your patriotism and community pride! Celebrate America's 250th with our Patriotic House Decorating Contest.

To enter, take a photo(s) of your decorated house and submit it below by June 26, 2026.

After June 26, the Green Tree Recreation & Community Activities Board will review the entries and select one winner from each of the following categories:

Most Patriotic Display - Best Overall Display of American Pride
Best Decorated Front Porch / Door
Best Use of Lighting / Night-time Display

Each winner will receive a $100 gift card, a placard for the front yard announcing the award and photos of the winning homes announced in local publications and/or websites.

Summer Recreation is cancelled TODAY, MONDAY JUNE 22 due to weather conditions.

Summer Recreation is FULL for the season - We will no longer be accepting new registrations at the Borough office.

Guests will be accepted for the day-rate of $7 per day.
