Do you trust animals or human beings more?

The reason why you have to move away from your hometown or your parent's house in order to achieve a great amount of success is because you cannot really figure out who you are meant to be in an environment that produced the version of yourself that you are trying to outgrow.

Peace used to feel like a luxury. Now it feels like a non-negotiable. I don't have the energy to keep proving my worth or explaining my heart. If it costs me peace, it's too expensive. I want soft days and safe spaces and people who feel like home.

Imagine meeting someone who wanted to learn your past not to punish you, but to understand how you needed to be loved.
