✨MIU4: Extreme Leadership End of Year Celebration✨
17 Students In Action teams came together this week to share presentations to their superintendents and teachers through Multiplying Good - Pennsylvania’s partnership with Midwestern Intermediate Unit 4.
From peer mentoring programs, to recycling initiatives and resource nooks to pen pal-ing and prom with retirement homes - these students are truly leading change through service in their communities!

Last but certainly not least! We round out our ChangeMaker introductions with Ariel Meadows!
A Pittsburgher since birth, Ariel Meadows graduated from Point Park University where she earned a B.S. in Business Management, and her MBA. In her current role as a Senior Credit Analyst at Bridgeway Capital a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). As a member of a non-profit CDFI, she helps support a wide variety of functions such as underwriting small business loans/community development loans that help to create capital, economic opportunities and help revitalize underserved communities.

Andrea M. Robinson, President of ARCLS CORP a minority lead Consulting Firm, now the incoming CEO for VAULTe Global an energy producer providing DC electrification in US and Africa. Andrea, is a native to Pittsburgh and a proud TALI Executive Leadership Academy Alumni at Carnegie Mellon University. Miss Robinson was awarded the PUMP and Pittsburgh Magazine 40 Under 40 Award and was recently nominated for Pittsburgh ChangeMakers Jefferson Award for Multiplying Good in our communities.

Let us introduce our next amazing ChangeMaker here in Pittsbourgh... Ryan Dawson!
Ryan Dawson is a student at Point Park University and has a passion for connecting with communities. During his time at Point Park, Ryan has dedicated his time to serving communities at Point Park. These communities and organizations he served were The First Year Resident Population, The Horned Groundhog Service Fellowship, The Bison Exchange Thrift Store, The Point Park Historical Society, and The Student Conduct Programming.
In life outside of being a student, Ryan is an active member of the Westmoreland-Fayette local council of the BSA. Ryan is also active in The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels and The Showmen's League of America. Ryan is most looking forward to being able to meet and work with the 2024 Spring Cohort of Changemakers. Being able to work with people who share a love of service and connection will be an outstanding experience.

March 1st marked another milestone as we mentored the next generation of service leaders at ! 💼 Over 100 attendees joined us, alongside 7 remarkable SIA teams from MS, Fort Cherry Jr/Sr HS, MS, GirlGov - Women & Girls Foundation, CS, Jr/Sr HS, and the Neighborhood Academy. With special guests like CEO Benita Fitzgerald Mosley, Channel 4 WTAE-TV, and Pittsburgh’s top leaders, we’re shaping a brighter future together! 💫

Mr. Brandon G. Davis is a proud native of the steel city, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Mr. Davis is a
Penn State University Alumnus, having majored in Psychology, covets service and uplifting the community. Mr. Davis has also served Pittsburgh’s mental health population for the last eleven years as a Treatment Advisor for those with mental and emotional illness. Currently Mr. Davis has the honor of serving as the inaugural Coordinator for the ACTION-Housing MyPlace Alumni Association. In this role Mr. Davis serves former homeless foster care youth in increasing their trajectory of success and overall quality of life.

Tiffany T. Huff is a trailblazing Entrepreneur, Award-Winning Author and Founder/CEO of When She Thrives and organization dedicated to creating an inclusive community that equips single mothers with knowledge, resources, and opportunities to thrive. Through The Tiffany Huff Experience, Tiffany bridges leadership and narrative as an Executive Development and Storytelling expert. Her influence extends to guiding 75+ women to become published authors and leading a dynamic grill coaching program for 100+ women.

This ChangeMaker has a passion for helping those find their voice! We are happy to introduce Marsha Mayhak as a member of this years ChangeMaker class!
Marsha Mayhak, a Pittsburgh native and graduate of Duquesne University's English and Theater Arts programs, is currently pursuing her Master's of Conflict Analysis & Resolution, with a concentration in Inclusive Conflict Engagement. She is an active theater practitioner and educator, a Domestic Violence Advocate, and a Standardized Patient Educator; indeed, both figuratively and literally, she enjoys wearing many hats. In all of her work, Marsha seeks to help
establish safe spaces for people to show up as their authentic selves, and to foster a sense of compassionate curiosity about that which is unfamiliar before settling into assumptions.
