Extensive work was performed with great thought and care and the future owners will enjoy a great quality home that is almost as good as new. I took a 70+ year old home and handled the entire process of gutting it, bringing it up to modern standards, changing the entire layout and ending up with a 7 bedroom 2 bath home. All new electric, plumbing, 120 sheets of drywall, moved the laundry room, relocated a bathroom, framed in 4 bedrooms, moved the main hallway and more.
