The Intensive Collective is not your typical dance event. Here, dancers come together not to compete, but to be inspired, supported, challenged, and seen for who they are, both inside and outside of the studio. It’s about sharing the passion, fueling the fire, and lifting each other higher. In this space, sid
We close applications for The Programs Wednesday and would hate for you to miss it. 👀 If you’re open to it- BIG change opportunities are right at your fingertips tips ✨💅⬇️:
Norah Anness took a big leap of faith joining The Intensive Collective Programs, and we’ve watched her completely transform as a dancer and a person. We are BEYOND proud.
This is your moment, will you take it? The Intensive Collective Programs applications close June 30.
Most dancers are taught how to perform. Few are taught how to build a career.
The Industry Track was created to fill those gaps through mentorship, business education, personal branding, financial literacy, mental health support, and real-world industry insight.
We’re so grateful to have alumni like mikayla ♡︎ sharing her experience and showing what’s possible when dancers are given the tools, support, and confidence to navigate this next chapter with intention. Big things ahead for you.
✨ Applications close June 30.
Because entering the industry shouldn’t feel like figuring it out alone.
At some point, every dancer realizes...
No one actually teaches you how to build a career.
They teach choreography.
Technique.
Combinations.
But not...
✨ How to get hired.
✨ How to network without feeling awkward.
✨ How to submit yourself.
✨ How to freelance.
✨ How to make the industry sustainable.
✨ How to believe you belong in the room.
That’s exactly why we created Industry Track.
Not another training program.
A six-month mentorship experience for dancers ages 18–25 who are ready to stop guessing and start building.
Every month you’ll hear directly from working professionals who aren’t giving polished speeches or vague advice.
They’re giving you the conversations they wish someone had with them.
The wins.
The mistakes.
The realities.
The tools.
If you’re serious about creating a career in this industry, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Your next chapter starts with one decision. ❤️
If you’re ready to stop guessing and start preparing, comment “INDUSTRY” Applications close 6/30

If you’ve been training exhaustively but still feel like you’re not where you want to be…
Sometimes it’s the direct feedback you need to help you see what you’re capable of.
Maybe you’re missing the confidence that comes from having someone in your corner.
And sometimes, it’s finding a community of people who understand your journey and support your goals.
That’s what Ava found through The Collective Programs, and we are so honored to help catapult her confidence and growth as a dancer and a person.
If your dancer is looking for personalized mentorship, meaningful connection, and support that goes beyond the studio, we’d love to meet them.
✨ Applications for The Collective Programs close June 30.

As parents, teachers and mentors, we all want to see our kids believe in themselves.
Not just to become stronger dancers, but gain the confidence, clarity, and support they need to pursue their goals with purpose.
That’s why hearing stories like this means so much to us.
Through mentorship, personalized guidance, and meaningful connection, our goal is to help dancers better understand who they are, where they want to go, and the steps they can take to get there.
Because growth isn’t always about learning another skill.
Sometimes it’s about gaining the confidence to trust yourself, the clarity to create a plan, and the support to keep moving forward.
Thank you Jenn for sharing your family’s experience with The Intensive Collective. We are honored to be a small part of each dancer’s journey.
Applications for The Programs are open through June 30.

If you’ve been looking for more than just another dance weekend, keep reading.
The Intensive Collective was created for dancers who are ready to grow, not just in their training, but in their confidence, artistry, and sense of self.
Yes, you’ll take class with incredible faculty.
Yes, you’ll be challenged.
But what makes this experience different is what happens beyond the combinations.
It’s the mentorship.
The connections.
The moments that remind you that you belong in the room.
Our goal is for every dancer to leave feeling more confident in who they are, more connected to their purpose, and more inspired about where they’re headed next.
Because growth isn’t about becoming someone else.
It’s about becoming more fully yourself.
Join us this season:
📍 Chicago | August 15-16
📍 Pittsburgh | October 10-11
Registration is open, and we’d love to welcome you into the Collective.

When we created The Programs, we weren’t just thinking about training. We were thinking about the dancers who wanted something more, more guidance, more accountability, more personal connection, and more confidence in who they are both on and off the dance floor.
Watching dancers discover their voice, trust themselves, and step into their potential is exactly why these programs exist.
Thank you, Allie, for sharing your journey with us. It’s an honor to watch you grow and evolve each year! ❤️
If your dancer is looking for a deeper level of growth, mentorship, and support, applications for The Programs are open through June 30.

Before you jump into what’s next,
take a moment to recognize what you just did.
A full season of showing up,
of committing,
of pushing through challenges, growth, and everything in between.
That matters.
Because this journey isn’t just about results,
it’s about who you’re becoming along the way.
And growth doesn’t only happen in the work,
it also happens in the pause.
In the space where you reflect, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
For some dancers, that reset might look like
slowing down enough to breathe again,
fueling your body with intention,
spending time outside of the studio,
or simply learning to listen to what your body actually needs.
There isn’t one perfect way to recover,
just a more intentional one.
If your dancer is coming out of a full season and not sure where to begin,
this is a good place to start ⬆️
