Cancer can bring uncertainty, difficult decisions, and many questions for both those diagnosed and the people who care about them. We're honored to welcome Carrie McCann, death & grief companion, educator, and founder of Moonset & Co., who will share insights into this unique role and how it can help foster connection, care, and comfort during life's most challenging moments.
