How are those New Year's resolutions going, huh?? 😵‍💫

I personally didn't set resolutions, but since the start of this year, I've intentionally focusing on not avoiding the things I KNOW are good for me.

One of the rituals that I have reinstituted in my daily life is my nightly wind-down routine. It isn't super fancy, but I've been doing it consistently and feel great about it.

👇🏻👇🏻 Here's what I've learned after doing this consistently for about 2 months:

🧘🏻‍♀️ my evenings feel more calm and peaceful
🧘🏻‍♀️ I feel more supported
🧘🏻‍♀️ I don't feel like I "have to" do it but rather I "want to"
and finally
🧘🏻‍♀️ I'm falling in love with the ritual and am actually looking forward to it
