In honor of 4 years since we dumped our first barrel called Genesis. We filled a Laphroaig cask with a younger corn whiskey for fun and we think it has matured nicely. Limited bottles available….max 2 bottles per customer. Only at the Strip District

2025 is almost a wrap. We are excited to have our foundation dug and now we build. Keep your eyes peeled for a number of new projects, new releases and many more single barrels and cask finishes.

Beyond proud to announce that we won our first ever Gold Medal on our very first competition we have ever entered. We sent our Strip District Blend to the to see how we were doing amongst many. Fortunately our Co-Founder and Head Blender .fischer ( Zach Fischer) knows how to produce a whiskey that became the only Gold medal awarded this year in the whiskey category in PA.

This whiskey is curated here in the Strip District of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. A famous and historic community that has been a foundation to many entrepreneurs in the Libations movement.

This 5 year single malt was finished in a barrel that had a long beautiful life. The barrel started with a 5 year 100% Rye Whiskey from Pennington and emptied and was know as our Tennessee Twang. Once emptied, we gave it to where they filled it with a Wee Heavy Scotch Ale for 6 full months (10%abv). Once emptied, the cask was sent back to us and we transferred a full barrel of the 100% American Single Malt already 5 years aged. That whiskey rested for 4 full months and BOOM! You got Autumns Last Fall!! AVAILABLE at statewide!

Sweet Rust fans Loading up in the Strip District !!

We have some NEW Whiskeys! FEATURING • Sweet Rust Cask Strength Barrel Finish “Elegant Rust”- Blend of two bourbons (50% 7 year old 99% corn Bourbon, aka “Beautiful Chaos”) (50% 6 year old 21% rye Bourbon, aka “PAL 6 Year Anniversary”) finished for 5 months in a used Zinfandel red wine french oak barrel, used in Napa Valley, CA. The blend going into the barrel had a nice balance of sweet caramely notes and spicy rye notes. After the 5 months in the barrel the zinfandel certainly had its way with the whiskey. Fruity, smoky finish.
