We can load these with any value between $5-$500, and we have physical cards along with e-gift cards in case you aren’t in the area but have a dad that is! Weekly sausage drop has arrived!

We’ve got a week of old school sausages just in time for any old school dads! Whether you’re grilling in sandals and cargo shorts, or searing up sausages and peppers for your red sauce, we have the sausage for you! We still have so much available in our case before our weekly beef delivery comes in tomorrow. Looking to stop by early and pick up something for the good weather? No worries, we have tons of options in beef steaks and roasts, pork from our delivery and breakdown yesterday, and chickens fresh in the case! We can also help you beat the Father’s Day rush this weekend- we can vacuum seal anything in our case for you if you’re worried about it making to Sunday, just ask! We also have a new menu item, so come by and get a birria sandwich for lunch or an early dinner while you’re shopping. See ya!

We have beef!

Come in and grab a steak to brighten up your rainy day! If you’re looking to lean into the dreariness, we also have plenty of other options like chuck roasts, soups, pork chops, and briskets to bring you back to cooler temperatures. None of that striking your fancy? Just stop by and any of our butchers will be happy to answer questions or offer suggestions- even if that suggestion is a couple of sandwiches from our kitchen. Incoming skin-on hog delivery today!

While we’re waiting for our delivery of our skin on hog today, we still have plenty of other options in our case and retail freezers/cooler for you to choose from. Pork chops, burgers, steaks, soups, ground beef blends, and more are available today! We’ll be freshly restocked with more pork by the end of the day and ready for the weekend! If you have any specific skin on pork needs (belly for porchetta, perhaps?) just call to let us know or stop by. See ya!

Time for our Thursday sausage drop!!!

We have FOUR sausages this week for you all! Covering all of our bases this week with pork, beef, smoked sausage, and more! Rounding out our classic hits, our Hot Italian and Beer Brats are making an appearance! Both will do excellently on the grill (especially with the Saturday weather on the forecast). We also have our Red Chorizo, made with beef and pork this week! Our Chili Paste is made in house with toasted chilis and spices before getting blended and mixed into our farce. Last sausage of the week is a smoked pork and beef Red Hot! These are fully cooked and ready to heat and eat. Not too spicy, but absolutely delicious these are a staff and customer favorite that we are super excited to have back. Give us a call if you need us to set any aside, or stop by to take a look. This half hog was delivered this morning and we will get this broken into a bunch of different cuts for your convenience! Getting whole animals in is our way of being able to provide you with the specialty and custom cuts you can’t find anywhere else. Fat butcher takes France!

We have a new duo in the shop this week! Our lovely kitchen team has restocked our French onion soup in our retail freezer. These quarts are loaded with caramelized onions, our luxurious beef bone broth, and herbs. Add some Gruyère and bread once you get home for a lovely dinner without needing to heat up your whole house! If you need an appetizer, we also have a beautiful pork pate inlaid with cured belly, seasoned with mustard, scallions, garlic, and more! Serve room temperature in whole pieces or slice for a crowd.
