Let the fun begin

Starting to get the hang of this.

Its been a while since I've been able to work on anything or post. This has been a crazy year for and I. I've had to take a step back from pursuing my dream but I'm back and I'm ready to drive in head first. My first project back in the shop is a wooden ring made of curly maple.

Another first for me. I made this name plate for My amazing Fiancé for her new job. This is her first " Big girl job " and I am so very proud of her. This is one of my favorite projects I've done so far.

I spent probably 2 hours today sharpening my Grandfathers old chisel set. After a lot of hard work they are almost a mirror finish and razor sharp. I am excited to create with his tools.

When you have to build something to build something.
