A year ago at this time, I was busy getting ready to celebrate my birthday with my family. But before then, I had a call with this amazing bride who described a day full of love and family. The call led to photographing her beautiful wedding day.

Today, a year later, I’m celebrating my birthday with my family and while the wedding was in June, I’m reminiscing on that call and what a magical wedding day it was.

Hello my lovelies! It’s been a long while since my last post. I won’t lie, social media does not come naturally to me but my New Year’s resolution was for me to ACTUALLY POST THIS YEAR. So while 2024 was a blank page for me on here, I promise, I had a busy year and will catch you up on it!

Starting with these two cuties!! I like to do newborn photos at or close to the home so everyone can be comfortable and we can roll with however the day is going. And I LOVE including siblings and families in the newborn shoot. It’s wonderful to capture the love and support of siblings and families, and these two made it so easy ❤️

2024 = get my creative juices flowing! I’ve started a little project. Besides my standard sessions, I’m adding sessions that fit portfolios I’m developing. For this portfolio, I want to capture generations of family in their element - find commonalities between the generations and create a shoot around their shared interests. It could be music, art, cooking, wine, athletics/sports, outdoors, occupation, you name it.
