August 20, 2022… I shattered my left wrist and badly sprained the right. 3 plates, 8 screws, and 2 months of healing, finally I’m able to ride again! The last couple months have been some of the hardest, and most stressful months of my life. biking is best type of therapy, so not being able to ride took a number on the soul. To those couple of you who help me out and made me have fun I can’t Thank you enough! Yinz know who are. Today marks 2 months since the crash, and I’m so stoked to be in the home stretch! See yinz guys out on the trails

Life recently…
Injury update- I’m a month in and everything is healing well I think. Hope to be back on a bike by mid/end of November! I’m already over riding a trainer, and I’ve only ridden it once.

(INJRUY UPDATE)…. I have surgery on my left wrist/radius on Thursday. I’ll keep everyone posted after that . Still not sure when I’ll be back on a bike😢 thanks for all the love yinz guys rock👊

Not something I wanted to post rn but s**t happens! Broke my left wrist, and cracked something in the other. 😢 don’t know all the details rn I’ll keep yinz guys updated.

What an end to the season! P8 with some mistakes but overall happy with it. 11th in the series which I’m pretty stoked on!

Finally a good race weekend! P14 with a run I’m happy with. Definitely left some time out there, but I’m not going to stress over that. I’m ready to give my all for #5

Well that didn’t go to plan! I was seriously struggling with the wet track Sunday morning. had a huge crash in the “thread the needle” section, after that my confidences no longer existed. race run didn’t go to plan, after get off line and almost hitting a tree (which seems to be my specialty) my mental state was a reck. I just wanted to get to the bottom as safe as possible. Redemption in 2 weeks.
