INTEGRITY. To have integrity is to be dependable, reliable, and consistent. That is to say, a person of integrity will only say what they mean and will follow through on their commitments. Additionally, integrity requires one to be of upstanding character. It is the willingness to always do what is right, even when no one else is watching. Solid morals and sound ethics are the building blocks of Remember When Ice Cream, Inc. “The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity. – Proverbs 11:3  

COMPASSION. To have compassion is to show empathy and genuine concern for the difficulties, misfortunes and suffering of others. Different from sympathy, which is often limited to feelings of pity and sorrow at the surface-level, compassion responds with a much deeper and sincerer desire to alleviate the sadness of others. In fact, compassion literally means “to suffer with.” Compassion is one of our core values because whether someone happens to be on top of the world or is struggling through a hard time, our goal is to make their day a million times better. Our doors are open wide to welcome, comfort, and console anyone who may need a pick-me-up. “Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble.” - 1 Peter 3:8  

FUN. While ‘fun’ may not be a typical core value, we felt that it is so fundamental to what Remember When Ice Cream is all about that we just had to include it. Fun is something that first captures our imagination as children. Whether it was getting our first ice cream cone or going to a local fair or carnival, ‘fun’ was something new, exciting, and it filled our little hearts with enjoyment and wonder—but fun is not something we ever grow too old to enjoy. As we grow up and grow old, those sentimental experiences are something we can recapture and relive again and again through the wonderment of nostalgia. We fully understand and appreciate that fascination—because we were kids too, once. Remember When Ice Cream is not only an ice cream shop—it is the ice cream shop we would want to visit—a place for generations to come together and enjoy a true American pastime together. Our building is where warm memories can be made. “I have concluded that the only worthwhile thing for them is to take pleasure in doing good in life; moreover, every person should eat, drink, and enjoy the benefits of everything that he undertakes, since it is a gift from God.” - Ecclesiastes 3:12-13

Remember When Ice Cream is for sale.

The original building located at 3860 is also for sale separately.

You can purchase both and bring Remember When Ice Cream back to the neighborhood, if you choose.

The sale includes all ice cream equipment and manuals, walk-in combo with condenser, lighted name sign, stainless steel work tables, all frozen cake making equipment, plus some pieces of nostalgia and more (You will get a list of all equipment).

You will have every piece of equipment that you need to open an ice cream shop plus a fully equipped portable lemonade stand.

All inventory which includes everything you need to open the ice cream shop (minus perishable items), cups, lids, napkins, straws, non-perishable items, etc. Some office equipment and storage cabinets.

All hard ice cream recipes plus proprietary information on making the ice cream rich and creamy (equivalent to a local well-known creamery).

All proprietary information on setting up the soft serve machines to make the soft serve richer and creamier than the competitors.

You will be trained on the full operation of owning a successful ice cream shop along with the vendors and which brands to use and those not to use.

The purchase will include the website, domains, all social media, the name, recipes, proprietary information, and customer lists.

Training will be provided on operating the machines, making the hard ice cream, layout of equipment and counters for efficiency of serving customers.

All proprietary information to ensure your success.

After the training period, support through phone calls and periodic meetings for 1 year from the date of sale.
