🥩🧈 Cowboy Butter Steak Sliders (Big Flavor, Bite-Sized!)
Juicy grilled ribeye, melty Havarti cheese, sweet caramelized onions, and a kick of zesty cowboy butter all packed into soft slider buns — these steak sliders bring serious cowboy flavor in every bite!
Ingredients:
For the Sliders:
1 1/2 lbs boneless ribeye steak
9 slider buns
3/4 lb Havarti cheese, sliced
3 sweet onions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp neutral oil (like avocado or canola)
Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Cowboy Butter:
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon)
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped chives
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-low and caramelize onions slowly for 20–25 minutes until golden and sweet. Set aside.
2. Season steak generously with salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika. Grill or pan-sear on high heat to your preferred doneness (medium-rare recommended). Let rest, then slice thinly across the grain.
3. To make the cowboy butter: melt butter in a saucepan, then stir in garlic, Dijon, lemon juice, herbs, and spices. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Set aside.
4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice slider buns and layer with steak, caramelized onions, and Havarti cheese.
5. Drizzle cowboy butter generously over the top half of the buns. Place sliders in a baking dish and cover with foil.
6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melty. Uncover and bake 2–3 more minutes to toast the tops.
7. Serve warm with extra cowboy butter for dipping!

Pineapple Coconut Dream
Ingredients You’ll Need
Here’s what you’ll need to make this delicious dessert:
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (drained, reserve 2 tbsp juice)
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip, thawed)
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts (or pecans, walnuts, or almonds)
Optional Toppings:
Toasted coconut flakes
Maraschino cherries
Fresh pineapple chunks
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pudding
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes to set.
Step 2: Add Pineapple and Coconut
Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and shredded coconut until well combined. Add the reserved pineapple juice to enhance the flavor.
Step 3: Fold in Whipped Topping
Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy. Be careful not to overmix.
Step 4: Add the Crunch
Fold in the chopped macadamia nuts (or your preferred nuts) for a satisfying crunch.
Step 5: Chill and Set
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or individual dessert cups. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
Step 6: Add Toppings (Optional)
Before serving, sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes, top with maraschino cherries, or add fresh pineapple chunks for an extra tropical touch.
