Our Team just completed this 60,000SF school located on the North Side. Our Scope for this project was to 3D scan the entire building & Create a 3D Revit model. This model will now be used for Schematic design all the way through construction.

We recently finished up an project for a local architect of a building in Youngstown, OH. This is a federal building in the heart of the downtown area. It will soon be converted into apartments. Our scope was to 3D laser scan the entire building & provide a model at LOD 300 with as built drawings.

We are back on site to do our post demolition scan for the existing conditions of this space. The scan we will provide to the Construction Manager will allow for the MEP sub contractors to have a much more accurate understanding when preparing for installation of the new work that is being done.

We are performing a above the ceiling laser scan for one of our healthcare clients. Hospital above the ceiling scans are one of the most toughest to achieve because of all the systems above in tight spaces. This scan will give the Trade contractors a better understanding of the existing layout of the MEP systems. We will be creating a 3D model for coordination purposes as well.

Using makes it easier for our team to compare 2D documents to the 3D model. This process makes coordination more efficient

We were contracted by a General Contractor to take a full set of 2D construction documents & create a LOD 350 Revit model. The location/client of this project in very confidential & we are still in progress to complete job. We will keep you updated with final model.

We are proud to be working on the UPMC Presby Tower extension located in Oakland. We will be performing BIM Modeling/Coordination for the Mechanical & Plumbing trades. We will be keeping you guys updated on future project milestones
