PITTSBURGH, Pa - In the evening hours of August 6, 2017, Nicole "Nikki" Dailey, with her 7-month-old daughter in her arms, was shot multiple times and killed. She was found in a grassy area across from her home in the Perry South Neighborhood of Pittsburgh, at the intersection of Strauss and North Charles Streets. In the almost 6 years since Nikki's death, there has been no progress made in her case, let alone an arrest. She is loved and her loved ones need answers. detectives continue to actively search for a
45-year-old man who has been missing since
February 2, 2025.

Jay Ketter (aka JR or Dribble) was last seen in
the area of East Warrington Avenue and
Arlington Avenue in the Allentown
neighborhood of the city. He is described as 6
feet tall, approximately 200 pounds, with
brown/hazel eyes and a brown/grayish beard.

Detectives have received valuable information
concerning Jay's disappearance and are now
asking the public to come forward with
additional tips to help further their
investigation.
