☕ A Slow Sunday with Cócora
Every Sunday, Frida gives herself something that can be hard to find during the week: time.
Time to move her body. Time to journal. Time to be present. Time that doesn’t belong to anyone else.
Yoga before the world wakes up. A few quiet thoughts on paper. And a cup of coffee made with intention.
In Colombia’s Cocora Valley, mornings begin beneath towering wax palms and drifting mountain mist. Life there moves with a different rhythm—not slower exactly, just more aware of the moment in front of you.
That’s what we hope our Cócora blend becomes. Not just coffee. A small ritual.
A pause between who you are during the week and who you become when you finally have room to breathe.
Balanced and approachable, with notes of caramel and chocolate, Cócora is the kind of coffee that doesn’t demand your attention. It rewards it.
Take the ritual home.
Available by the bag and brewed fresh daily.
Un abrazo,
The Colombino Team

COLOMBINO FOOD TRUCK IS MOVING TO SHADYSIDE — AND THE BEST IS YET TO COME
To our Lawrenceville community,
Thank you for being part of our journey serving coffee, breakfast, lunch, and Colombian hospitality from the COLOMBINO Food Truck.
Lawrenceville helped shape our growth. We built lasting relationships, met incredible neighbors, welcomed loyal customers who became friends, and shared our passion for Colombian coffee and food with thousands of people.
As many of you know, we recently had to leave our Lawrenceville location due to renovations. While that chapter came to an unexpected pause, Lawrenceville will always be a special part of our story, and we hope to return in some form in the future.
As we continue to grow, we’re excited to announce that after a brief transition through the Bloomfield Community Market, the COLOMBINO Food Truck will officially begin a new chapter in Shadyside this Friday through a partnership with PVino and Fuel On Convenience Store.
Our new location offers:
☕ Specialty Colombian Coffee
🥟 Fresh Breakfast & Lunch
🍷 Curated Wine Selection
🍺 Craft Beer Selection
🛒 Everyday Convenience Store Essentials
Most importantly, it allows us to keep serving and connecting with the communities that have supported us from the beginning.
We look forward to welcoming neighbors from:
📍 Shadyside
📍 East Liberty
📍 Squirrel Hill
📍 Lawrenceville
📍 And all of Pittsburgh
Just minutes away, our new location will continue to provide the authentic COLOMBINO experience you know and love.
New Operating Hours
Monday – Sunday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Grand Opening Celebration
Join us this Saturday for our Grand Opening, featuring special promotions, community activities, and more.
Thank you to every customer, neighbor, business owner, and supporter who has been part of our Lawrenceville journey. Your support made this growth possible, and we’re excited to continue serving you in our new home.
This is not goodbye.
It’s simply the beginning of the next chapter.
See you in Shadyside.
