Our May Instructor course is now live with the American Red Cross. Having worked extensively with both the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association, I can attest that each organization has its advantages and disadvantages.

The American Red Cross offers excellent marketing resources, including the opportunity to advertise your classes on their website, which can be more effective than relying on word of mouth or Google ads.

Visit my website to register and learn more about building your own franchise, and teaching life saving information that makes a true difference!

“I decided to donate because sickle cell runs in my family. I have nieces and nephews that have to get transfusions, my grandmother died when she was 52 because of sickle cell. So I understand the importance of donating.”

Michelle Peay lives in Columbia. Michelle has been donating blood for about 4 years now. She encourages everyone to donate blood because you are making an impact on lives.

Changes to the blood supply can happen in an instant. The American Red Cross urges donors to help stay prepared by making an appointment to give blood or platelets in June.

Even when hospitals are fully stocked with blood products, unexpected events can cause a sudden drop in the availability of lifesaving transfusions.

Let’s celebrate saving lives together — because every donor and every drop counts! Book a time to give blood or platelets by visiting RedCrossBlood.org, calling 1-800-RED CROSS or by using the Red Cross Blood Donor App.
