Fighting against negative media messages seen in the media in order to encourage you to pursue your dreams and passions to achieve ultimate happiness. The I.D.
Project is a new up and coming company whose intentions are to fight against negative messages given to kids, teenagers and even adults about what you need to be in life to be happy and successful. The media constantly bombards us with unrealistic expectations of what we have to be in order to be successful in our future, or even our present. Girls have to be really really skinny to the point they
nearly disappear when they turn sideways. Guys are demanded to have 6-packs, be all-star athletes, six feet tall, you name it. Every generation living on this earth has been affected by these ridiculous standards and stresses all of us out to no end. We want to change that. We want to you to follow who you are and want to be and not focus on what the media, the school, or what anybody else says, unless they're supporting you. If you are passionate about something, whether it be music, filming, or even a school subject, follow your passion. Don't get stuck up in what everybody around is telling you. If you are passionate about something and love doing it, who is to say you can't do it and be happy? The choice is ultimately yours. Project encourages you to follow this passion and become WHO YOU want to be, not WHAT OTHERS think or believe is best. We live by the motto "It's not about what you are. I'ts about who you are" and so should you!
We want to impact the world through one social issue that has been under the radar for quite some time. The motivation behind this idea relates back to founder Mike Iavarone's struggles growing up, from as early as elementary school (some of which people he grew up with never even knew about)
