Huge congratulations to Anthony on hitting a new bench press PR of 225 pounds!

The other day I posted a video of Kellan hitting a smooth 175 lb bench single.

After seeing how clean that looked, I went back into the archives and found a video from April 2025 of him hitting 150 lbs — a PR at the time, and a much harder rep.

That’s a 25 lb increase in about 10 months.

This didn’t happen because of one great workout or a flashy program.
It happened because Kellan shows up 2–3x per week, year-round.

Spring.
Summer.
Fall.
Winter.
In-season.
Off-season.

Consistency + smart training wins.

As Yuri Verkhoshansky said:
