This book changed my life! Implementing these Agreements into my everyday life was rough and slow going in the beginning, but it does get easier!
Any one else read it?

I have a confession.
Ok, so I needed this myself too, because last week was off and not exactly sure why. Just felt out of rhythm and had no flow to my week like I usually do. I ended up frustrated and crying at 5:30pm as things were not going smoothly and should have left at 5pm. I have a great boss, she heard my sniffling and came over and helped me get it all done.
So when I left work on Friday, I chose to be kind to myself and said nice things about what did go right. I was also thankful for a great boss, who gets it.
Grateful for the process of becoming.

Good morning, wanted to introduce a family member. Meet Max, our brown pointed Siamese. This is one of my favorite pics of him, cause he's smiling. He has blessed mine and Ryan's (my Fiancé) lives so much in just a short time. I am grateful for our little stinker.

Sometimes we get so busy taking care of all our loved ones, we forget we are part of that group too!
If we don’t take care of ourselves, we won’t have much to give anyone else!
For me, I love crossword puzzles, dancing, and taking a long bath with a good book.

Spent some much needed time with family over the weekend and realized just how much I’ve missed them.
These are my people. I have the family I was born into and also my chosen family. I have learned so much about who we choose to surround ourselves with.
Who are you’re people? When was the last time you spoke? I encourage you to reach out, let them know you’re thinking about them. It’ll make their day. And yours.
