Hello all! We’re changing it up a little bit this year. We’re serving sweets and pick up the day before Christmas eve. We’re not available on the 24th. Please check the menu description below. Thanks for your support! Happy Holidays!🎄🎅🏻

•Pork Embotido: pork meat loaf rolled in foil. Can be served cold, warm, and/or fried.
•Tarts: custard vanilla tarts, or ube custard tarts with ube jam inside.
•Bibingka 9” round: coconut rice cake with cream cheese, salted egg, topped with toasted coconut flakes.

9x9” square:
•Puto Bumbong: purple steamed sticky rice, topped with grated coconut, brown sugar, grated cheese, and condensed milk.
•Cassava cake: cassava root cake with coconut caramel
•Peach Mango Graham: layers of graham crackers, sweet cream, mangoes, and peaches
•Biscoff Tiramisu: layers of biscoff cookies soaked with espresso and biscoff mascarpone cream

* Baked Macaroni: Tomato meat based sauce topped with mornay sauce, baked till golden.
* Garlic Mushroom Beef: thinly sliced beef sautéed with lots of garlic and pepper, then coated with mushroom sauce.
* Roasted Vegetables: roasted seasonal vegetables: Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, etc. Drizzled with honey.
* Honey Glazed Pork belly: slow roasted juicy pork belly with sweet honey pineapple glaze.
* Garlic Herb Salmon: garlic, dill, thyme, and lemon baked salmon
* Custard Tarts: pastel de nata or Portuguese egg custard in flakey tart crust
* Cassava Cake: grated cassava root with coconut milk with caramel topping.
