Novemeber 1 I will start taking orders for Thanksgiving Hams both whole or ha;lfs, turkey breasts. The limit of first 100 orders will be all I do this year due to time involved in prep and cooking. So hurry don't delay to place your orders early Thanks for you patronage

Ok folks I am taking orders for ribs full racks spicy , regular amd also cajun for the next cooking. Also flat briskets sliced and ready to eat, Boston butts, spicy and regular, Hams 1/2 ham, also smoked chicken, halfs, send me ur orders ts are pulled and packlaged ready to eat and chickens are individually wrapped for your convience. Great for Sunday lunch or visitors. Will be cooking the weekend after next1st week of August. Will invite special neighbor to visit and cook with me.

It is 4 am and I am pulling Boston Butts, chicken done and brisket is next goona be a good day in the neighborhood.

It is almost time to load the smoker with goodies from the train!
