Martin General Store, located at 101 S. Jefferson Street in historic downtown Pilot Point, is more than just a store—it's a place where stories still live.
Our building served as a saloon in the late 1800s and early 1900s and was the site of the last known gunfight in Pilot Point. During renovations, old whiskey bottles were discovered beneath the floor and are now on display for visitors to see.
And if you enjoy a good mystery, there have been a few unexplained encounters over the years. Ask me about the building's ghostly stories when you stop by—I’m always happy to share them with curious visitors.
