Quarter Pony Cakes

Pretty cool little DAYZ cake I made for our kiddo turning 13 this week!
Red Velvet cake, chocolate frosting with a chocolate ganache cover all decor is fondant/ edible food color/frosting.

A little chocolate fudge with peanut butter ganache, hand made chocolate roses and decor. Covered in ganache and a crown for the queen!

Start to finish… Wooo so much there’s almost too much to list! Super fudge cake, chocolate and vanilla buttercream filling, cookies, candy, chocolate and chocolate and chocolate.
He loves chocolate! Got you covered Gunner. Happy 8th birthday.

Some new things I’m working on..
Apple Cinnamon muffins, filled with homemade chunky applesauce, topped with, streusel, and ginger cream cheese buttercream and delicious fresh blue berry streusel sugar cookies ❤️

Added a little something new to the wheelhouse! Got to make this cute little Dino cake for a little fella turning two! Super fun trying something new and honestly all this time I thought cupcake cakes were so simple.. No..lol It takes far more math and calculation and you are not decorating something solid you are frosting pieces into one art! Woooo but they loved it and im super thankful!
