Bananas are the “go to snack“ for golfers. At Christies Golf Ranch his junior golf program will have a go to snack with muffins that were made from mini bananas! De’shaun the 19y/o Whole Foods employee @ Highland Village got me a fresh bunch right off the delivery truck! With the help of his 19y/o co-worker Nolan I was able to make much sweeter banana muffins with the mini bananas! Cheers to the junior golfers at Christie Golf Ranch who will now have a chef made banana muffin that couldn’t be possible without the extra mile Da’shaun and Nolan went for me!

Last week, the Denton City Sheriff’s offered a free self-defense class called “Women’s empowerment program” my tradition has always been to bring something tasty to any event I attend! Therefore I brought homemade strawberry muffins and brownies with fresh fruit for balance! Thank you to the dedicated police officers and knowledgeable instructors for teaching us to re-think and re-speak with hand and feet movements giving us the confidence to defend against an attacker. Hope y’all have a chance to go to the next class, and thank you to the Denton City Police officers and their instructors for giving us empowerment!!

Cooking has always been my greatest passion. I’ve spent years collecting incredible recipes, and my favorite thing in the world is seeing people enjoy a beautifully presented meal. I decided it was time to open my doors and share that love with all of you!

I’m not looking to be just another rental hall. My focus is entirely on the food and the experience.
