I’m teaching a few outdoor classes as weather allows on the Garage Mahal patio. 5pm today will work. I have one bottle of hand sanitizer and 6 feet between us. Or bring your own sanitizer. 🧘‍♂️ Limited to 5 people so let me know.

I will cut back on the classes I teach for two weeks. There will be no classes at the cathedral in Nola or at The Gathering Place in Picayune for at least the next two weeks. I will have class at Garage Mahal in Carriere on Mon and Thu and we will practice outside on the patio. I think this is best.

Tuesday @ 5:30pm. Christ Church Cathedral in NOLA
In the 125 yr old sanctuary on St. Charles.
Donation based community class.
Wednesday @ 10am CANCELLED The Gathering Place in Picayune
Thursday @ 8:30am. Henleyfield
Private space but you are welcome to join us.
Thursday @ 5pm. Garage Mahal in Carriere

There is a new place in town. The town is Picayune, Ms and the place is The Gathering Place for Women. There is an open house today, Saturday, July 13 at 1-3pm with live music, a raffle, yoga, and serenity. Visit today at 609 West Canal Street in Picayune to escape from the hurricane doldrums and learn what The Place will offer. (E.g. Art Therapy, Apothecary catering to women, Sound Bath, Aroma Therapy, and more.)

Yoga at the Crosby Arboretum this Saturday at 1pm May 11 for one hour. Free to members. $5 for guests. Contact Arboretum directly to reserve. Bring your mat if you can.
