Don't forget to call ahead and order for this 4th of July. We have lots to chose from.

We are taking orders for the 4th of July! We will only cook a few extra slabs on top of what we get orders for so if you want our famous smoked ribs this July 4th please call ahead to place your order. We are asking that any orders over $50.00 be prepaid. Get your orders in as soon as possible! We also have smoked chicken, baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, jambalaya and dirty rice!

Due to increase on cost we will only be cooking the bare minimum. For this Memorial Day weekend if you want to purchase any smoked ribs or smoked chicken please call the store the day before to ensure you will have what you need! We are encouraging all customers to call ahead for any orders larger than an 8 piece fried chicken as well just to ensure it will be ready when you arrive! I am trying not to increase our prices any more than needed. We appreciate all our customers and hope you understand. We thank you all for your support as well.
