Upper Providence Companies Train on Vehicle Rescue Techniques Last night RFD members trained with the other companies that cover Upper Providence Township for a joint training. Crews from all of the agencies were split and worked through multiple skill stations. RFD officers had a car on the side and taught/ trained on a technic called a tie-back.
