Wuffjam

We’re not exactly sure how it happened… but what started as a plan to take in six dogs somehow turned into twelve dogs and even a canary, all in the last 24 hours.

Five of these pups came to us from ACCT Philly, while others arrived from commercial breeders right here in Pennsylvania. And just when we thought we had a handle on things, we got a surprise - one of the labs we pulled today is very, very pregnant. That means we didn’t just save Mama… we saved her soon-to-arrive puppies too. 💕

Now the real work begins.

Vetting, spay/neuter, dental care, grooming, photos, and getting everyone (except Mama, who will focus on her babies) ready to find their forever homes.

It’s a lot, but this is why we do what we do.
