Return Policy
Threads, LLC will gladly accept, for exchange or store credit, items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages by the customer. For a full exchange or store credit, mail your item within 14 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days. Items must be returned with all Threads tags still attached and in original packaging.
