If you DON'T like ham it is because you haven't tried ours. We start with fresh leg of pork, debone and trim, inject the meat and net it to hang in our smoker. No added liquid smoke, NO SUGAR or other crazy preservatives. Just the minimal amount of salt and sodium nitrite to cure it. YOU are going to LOVE HAM when you try it.
