Enjoying life with Amazing food and people!!

This is my new version alternative of vegetarian burger. Young green Jackfruit drained and shredded. Added egg, Parmesan cheese, applewood smoked salt, pepper, ancho chili for some pizzazz. For a first try it turned out wonderfully! Swiss cheese on top. For my Vegan friends I bet liquid egg substitute would be wonderful. Always looking for Vegetarian ways to do things. I’m not a fan of fake beef burgers or also the frozen ones although some are better than others. I do like the black bean ones and also portobello mushrooms make a great meaty burger too. This is my new favorite.

Lemon Cake with Coconut Butter Cream Frosting. Dairy and Gluten Free thanks to my friends at . I am not a baker. But thanks to our friends Scrumptious Yellow Cake Mix I was able to modify adding water with 50% lemon juice then decorate with Dairy free Coconut Butter Cream. My customer has tons of allergies. We were able to provide her with a flavorful wonderful cake that she loved!!!
