Raising Hope Dogs
Raise. Train. Change. Raising Hope prepares dogs to work with kids who face unique life challenges. Together we empower families to accomplish impossible things!
Under our watchful care -- and with essential community support -- puppies brimming with therapeutic potential are trained to become highly skilled working dogs. Our dogs are then placed with passionate therapists who work with kids each week.

Making magical matches - It takes a very special dog to connect with a child with special needs and big life challenges. But that is our super power. We see the possibilities and make that connection. Celebrate the new year and pay it forward so we can continue raising and training these incredible dogs. www.raisinghopedogs.org

Raising Hope Dogs Alumni Update - Sailor is hard at work in the Buckeye Elementary School District! At WestPark Elementary, he supports students in the S.O.A.R. Program, helping with self-regulation, following rules & offering a reassuring presence when needed. Listening to a story, balancing a treat on his nose, dancing, or simply offering a quiet nuzzle, Sailor reminds us that kindness doesn’t always need words. Support RHD at www.RHD.org

It all started with Frisco. More than 10 years ago, the idea that grew into Raising Hope Dogs began with this special dog, some awesome parents, & a few very cool kids who showed that incorporating dogs into therapy would not only be fun — but would be transformational. Today, RHD trains dogs of all shapes and sizes to work with kids and teens with autism & other disabilities. On this special day of national giving, help provide life-changing experiences. It takes a very special dog to connect with a child with special needs and life struggles. We specialize in seeing the possibilities and build that connection to strengthen a bond that forever changes life for both of them. Celebrate the new year, help pay it forward so we can continue raising and training these incredible dogs. Try hard, be brave! - https://mailchi.mp/8b42bd9a5702/hopedogchallenge2024 This month, a great group of kids came out to play in Raising Hope Dogs' HopeDog Challenge, a dog- and frisbee-based set of games that give kids with autism and other disabilities the chance to practice sportsmanship. It wasn't always easy (those discs get slobbery!), but they lived our motto: Try hard, be brave! Thank you to the amazing volunteers who made the day happen! Support our work now and get a state tax credit at the same time. www.raisinghopedogs.org
