SUNDAY IS THE BIG DAY!!!! With the start of the county faire, i think Sunday will be my first outing in Encanto park. Look for me around the community and sports center as well as near the golf course north of there starting at 3pm. Hope to see you there!

Sorry to all my loyal followers but there were some hangups and we have finally gotten through the storm. The coffee wheel will officially be up and riding around Encanto Park at the beginning of next month. Also, we have begun roasting small batches of our house cold brew and will be selling limited cups of this blend. Like it and want the beans? Made my first five gallons of Espressions Vanilla Cold Brew. One of my favorite coffee drinks of all time.

I've been working on my cold brew the past few days and finally have my ratios down. With everything now ordered and payments processed, it is a waiting game now. Time to kick back and enjoy a cold brew.

I am so excited to be receiving my coffee tricycle sometime next month. The box will be a darker stain but otherwise this is a good example of my future business.

Went on a walkthrough of my favorite local roastery, Espressions, and we found some perfect blends for the upcoming cold brew and hot coffee. What an amazing local business!
