Hello my fellow Arizona community!

I hope everyone is being safe and staying healthy.

Wanted to reach out and let everyone know that besides catering, I have a full time job cooking for professional athletes.

With the help of a registered dietitian, we specialize in creating custom meals for athletes based on their performance needs thus insuring proper fueling.

During these extremely tough times, it’s hard to juggle everything life throws at you.

If you finding yourself having trouble eating well, cooking, cleaning, washing dishes, dealing with kids being out of school... don’t worry I can help.

I take care of grocery shopping, safety do all your meal prep in your home,
pack your weekly meals, and clean/sanitize all kitchen workspace when finished.

Besides local and organic food items, I only use earth friendly and completely compostable materials!
