One day, every one of us will leave something behind.

It won’t be our job title, our bank account, or how many people agreed with us online. It’ll be the people we invested in, the truth we refused to compromise, and the example we set when it wasn’t easy.

Charlie understood that a legacy isn’t built in a single moment. It’s built through thousands of daily decisions to keep showing up, keep speaking the truth, and keep pointing people toward Christ.

What kind of legacy are we building today?

If your answer isn’t the one you want, the good news is you can start changing it right now. Encourage someone. Mentor a young person. Open your Bible. Have the difficult conversation. Serve your community. Pray with boldness.

Legacies aren’t inherited by accident. They’re built one faithful step at a time.

Did you think you would Inherit the kingdom of God while still in bo***ge of sin?

“Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived.”
1 Corinthians 6:9

That verse is uncomfortable because it confronts the lie that we can claim Christ while making peace with the very sin He died to free us from.

Salvation is not earned by becoming perfect. The grace of God is more than enough, and we are saved through faith in Jesus Christ and not by our works. But grace was never meant to give us permission to remain unchanged.

Paul continues:

“And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.”
1 Corinthians 6:11

Notice the words: such were some of you.

Jesus meets us in our sin, but He does not call us to stay there. Justification is the work of Christ that makes us right with God. Sanctification is the lifelong process of becoming more like Him.

Sin separates us from God. Following Christ means putting the flesh to death, surrendering our desires, and choosing obedience even when it costs us something.

We will stumble. We will need grace every day. But there is a difference between struggling against sin and defending it.

Grace saves us. Truth changes us. Sanctification prepares us to walk closely with the God who rescued us.

“Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.”
Galatians 5:24

People call Charlie racist, homophobic, transphobic and hateful, but most of the time they’re only repeating labels they saw in someone else’s post.

Disagreeing with DEI did not make him racist. Believing what the Bible teaches did not make him hateful. Charlie believed truth came from God, not from whatever culture decided was acceptable that year. He believed Jesus Christ was the only way, and he wasn’t afraid to say it.

Go beyond the headlines. Watch the full conversations for yourself. You’ll find a man consistently explaining what he believed, answering difficult questions and refusing to compromise just to be liked.

Jesus loved people perfectly, but He never avoided hard truth. He even overturned tables when God’s house was being corrupted.

And Jesus never promised that following Him would make us popular:

“If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you… If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you.”
John 15:18–20

Opposition alone does not prove that we are right. But if our Christianity never challenges the culture, costs us anything or creates any opposition, we should honestly ask whether we are advancing God’s Kingdom or simply conforming to the world.

Don’t let repeated labels replace your own search for truth. Our identity is found in Christ and not in the approval of this world.

We have become so comfortable with Christianity that many of us have forgotten what it actually means to follow Christ.

Following Him was never supposed to mean blending in with the culture, protecting our comfort, or holding onto everything this world tells us we deserve. It means surrender. It means sacrifice. It means being willing to give things up for His Kingdom and standing for truth even when the cost becomes personal.

We are not only fighting for our generation. We are fighting for the generations that will come after us. They will either inherit courage and conviction from us, or they will inherit the consequences of our silence.

Silence is consent.

There may be people who mock you, celebrate your suffering, or even rejoice if your voice is removed. Scripture tells us this kind of hatred will come:

“The inhabitants of the earth will gloat over them and will celebrate by sending each other gifts, because these two prophets had tormented those who live on the earth.”
Revelation 11:10

That is why our foundation cannot be public approval. We must be rooted in Christ, grounded in truth, and willing to keep taking the next step no matter who laughs, threatens, or turns away.

Do not conform. Do not retreat. Stay faithful.

Consistency matters most when it’s hardest.

Opposition doesn’t stop the mission. It reveals it. Charlie often reminded us that oppression only makes us work twice as hard. So we keep showing up, keep speaking the truth, and keep standing firm. We weren’t called to take the easy path. We were called to be faithful.

One of the biggest lies our generation believes is that one person can’t make a difference.

History tells a different story.

Almost every great movement started with someone who was willing to take the first step while everyone else watched. They weren’t fearless. They were simply willing to be faithful.

Don’t underestimate what God can do through one conversation, one invitation, one act of service, or one person who refuses to stay silent when truth needs a voice.

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to get involved, maybe this is it. Your community needs people who are willing to lead with humility, conviction, and courage.

Let’s stop waiting for someone else to make a difference and become the people who do.
