A lot of businesses don't really understand the ministry world and a lot of ministries don't understand business. Individuals that make up our teams have been pastors, teachers, business leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators and volunteers. These experiences have taught us to think about ministry differently than most. Over the years we've see a lot of ministries struggle to actualize their potential. We believe that with the right focus they can do better and we want to help.

Burnout. It is something that ministry leaders are silently suffering with everywhere. You may even be asking, how do I combat burnout?
When we start working with churches and ministry leaders this is something that we see. We want to help! Our friend Bob Lehman gave us 3 key ways to start combating burnout:
1. Know and be assured of your calling
2. Be in the Word of God every single day

“Hey, quick meeting in fifteen.”
You said that two hours ago. Your team was supposed give a short update on a project they’ve been working on. You have no idea how it’s almost 4:30 now and you’re all way beyond the project update. Every time it felt like the meeting was ending, someone else would ask a question. And every question was a step removed from the original topic. All that work you were supposed to get done? It’ll have to wait for tomorrow which probably means a late night in the office. You’re not looking forward to telling your spouse.
It’s frustrating. So, what can you do?
