New Jersey began accepting business applications from cannabis growers, product manufacturers and testing labs on Dec. 15. The state will begin accepting applications for cannabis dispensaries on March 15. Business applications that are owned by women, minorities, veterans and those who have been convicted of cannabis offenses will be given priority in the review and approval process.
