Concrete has poured and masonry is well underway at Ace Hardware at Cooley Station.
This 14,000+/- square foot project will be an excellent addition to the master planned community of Cooley Station in Gilbert, Arizona.

With over 100 apartment style suites and 4 stories, Woodspring Suites - Deer Valley is open for business. Featuring full kitchenettes, in house guest laundry, and an onsite fitness center, guests can find everything they need and are located conveniently by the I-17 for easy access to all Phoenix has to offer.

This project implemented large amounts of prefabrication, letting our team begin work on other construction elements while framing was still being completed. With our experience and lessons on this project, we are now progressing to a prefabrication model on future projects with the help of Influx Building Technologies (IBT)

With all of the changes we've seen in construction over the last two years, this is a great read. Beautiful reminder on how our industry has grown over the decades and kept improving.

Our very own Dave Benjamin, Form Third General Superintendent, is working with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Scottsdale to bring holiday cheer to children in need. Every year, the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Scottsdale donate toys and holiday experiences to children around the valley and the Greater Scottsdale area.

This year we are trying to get the word out to an even bigger audience and make this the best Christmas ever, and YOU are the key to making that happen! The Boys and Girls Club will be accepting donations up until December 23rd at 4pm to make sure all gifts make it just in time for Christmas.

Construction at Collins Court is well underway both in the field and prefabrication. Even with all the current supply issues, we are still slated to reach completion mid-2022.

Thank you Caroline at for hosting our holiday party and serving a delicious meal. We had a fantastic time with family, friends, and peers last night and hope to keep this cheer going the rest of the year!
